Service was Great but da Food was Horrible 🙄 Fries and Chicken Nuggets were Cold...

This place is a McDonald's, you probably know what to expect. The floor by the bathrooms are incredibly greasy and gross but the food is what'd you'd expect. Not the worst but not good.

Has a great play place for the kids!

It would be great if they actually CLOSED the dinning room when they say they would close and not 30 MINS BEFORE. I will be contacting corporate

Great food. Drive up had some challenges today..but all came out ok.

Staff not very attentive. But food is good.

On the road, we have 2 large coffees with 5 cream 5 sugars in both. The Best.

The staff was great! It has a wonderful play place and was clean and not over crowded at all. Loved it😁

Is the guy sweeping the drive up trying to get run over? Doesn't watch where he's going and always in the way. Picked up a little trash then leaned on a car until it moved. Leaned on mine a bit too. Line just sat there waiting to see where he would wander to next. Anyone without enough sense to watch for cars and yield to the customers trying to keep the line moving shouldn't be assigned parking lot duty. I'm sure there's inside work that's safer for this guy. Food and service are otherwise average for a McDonald's. This means check your order before you leave the lot if you really wanted what you ordered. Personally I'm not that concerned, I kind of enjoy surprises.

We placed a second order they gave us the drink and told us we were all set

Paid 6 bucks for a double quarter pounder with cheese, didn't receive it. Didn't receive an apology, took 10 min to get it, ordered at 7:14PM, didnt received till 7: 33PM. I went through the line twice. Lack of consistency, lack of customer service. Never again.

No one wearing a hair net even in the cooking area or gloves.

Seriously McDonalds? They told me they were UNABLE to make me an egg white substitute because I hate yolks. They said “we don’t offer that any more.” How the heck do you not offer that any more when they are made from real cracked eggs? Susie was unpleasant and she lied right to my face. Maybe Susie should go find another job.

Service was good and food had to be sent back twice

So I came in to McDonalds for a quick breakfast but something caught my eye. The lady working the register quickly took my order and then was training the new girl. She said ok let me check made sure the order had salt,pepper, napkins and all the necessary items. Then mentored the young girl and said make sure it’s always right before you head out. Either this McDonalds has a standard above all others or she is a great employee either way I was very happy.

Large sodas only a dollar and pretty good food.

Wish a negative star was an option! Not pleased! My kids were asked to get out of the playplace bc they didn't have on socks. I'm not complaining that the lady was doing her job by advising us the rule is they need socks I am however very upset that the child next to them had on shoes inside there and another had no socks on and nothing was said to them. Also the other kids were throwing toys at kids heads and tearing things up and nothing said to them either!

Waited 10 mins for 2 sandwiches and a small fry. Seems to be like this every time we go. Could use either more staff or classes on how to move product faster.

I ask for cheeseburger meal with no pickles. I get home and first bite there’s a pickle. Uggh! You need to improve your drive-thru accuracy. Please repeat back orders when you take them, and then again as you hand them out. I’d rather wait a bit longer in line then get home and have my order wrong.Managment too lazy to respond to reviews.

I love taking my 18-month old to the Play Place. There is a designated area for even the tiny tots to play away from the bigger kids.

Typical McDonalds food but the service is usually fast and the employees are always friendly. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean too.

I've eaten here a few times, each time hoping the last was a fluke. It takes a long time for them to get food out, even simple orders such as McChickens that are made when there are few to no other customers. When I finally did he my food, it was of poor quality. It felt and tasted like it had been sitting out under the heat lamps for far too long, and my burger was put together very sloppily, to the point where I had to rearrange the components myself in order to eat it without a huge mess. I expected better.

Love Mc Donalds, I have not had a bad experience at this McDonald's Besides the occasional wrong food order. No biggie it is to be expected at most fast food places. Always request fresh food. And sometimes they don't follow up my large fries 100%. Please fill up the Crack Fry boxes. 😃

Great place to eat, especially with three children . Food is normally always up in great time and fresh.

Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed my food - but that's just one Mcdouble 😉👌

The food came out fast and fresh. The restrooms are clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that separate room that house kid play house and house most the table and chairs smelled horrible. Sour nasty smell. They need to open the windows in there. I guess kids would not care, but I ran out of there and sat at the bar where a guy was sleeping at the other end.

Employees sleeping in lobby area, customers congregating in front of registers can not tell who had ordered or who is in line. Lobby unswept ,trash over flowing. But food was hot.

I pay extra for mac sauce and no Mac sauce! Then the drive thru lady hits on my girlfriend all around disappointed..

Order a 6 piece chicken tender meal and received a 4 piece 😒.

I mean its fast food. You get what you pay for

A lil slow on the service

So yea today's date is Oct18 2019 I order a Large fry and a double quarter pounder with cheese. It was undercooked and still pink on the inside. Not bleeding but pink! I just reheated it but I'm just disappointed in the McDonald's in Waynesville MO. I understand it gets hectic during a rush I worked fast food for 4 years. Get your stuff together waynesville McDonald's! You can get people sick and they could die!

Ice cream is the best

Wow! Great amenities! Even have bibs, which was a new sight for me (in the play area).

Our food took over 30 minutes to be brought to us. They refunded my money but we still sat and watched about 20 people come in after we did, that ate and left before we got our order or refund. The play place was filthy and there was a whole group of unsupervised children touching my daughter's food and utensils/eating area.

They need to hire ppl who actually know what theyre doing....they COULD NOT get my order right and ut was just 4 burgers plain and 2 mcdoubles. Ill never go back

Same Old McDonald's, same old same old place. Every thing is the same except for the new McRib that came out with. Love that McRib. Wish it would come out all year instead of just once or twice a year

They were slow getting my food and they even forgot my drink and sauce, I had to go up there and ask for it but they said I had to repurchase it even though I showed them my receipt.Would not come here again.
